Welcome to UTSAV. Your privacy is paramount. This policy explains how we collect and protect your data across our platform on both iOS and Android platforms.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information necessary to facilitate professional event planning and vendor collaboration:
- Personal Data: Name, Email, Phone Number, and Business details.
- Event Logistics: Event dates, locations, requirements, and budget details.
- Operational Data: Staff attendance records and payroll calculations.
📸 1.1 Media, Camera & Files
UTSAV requests access to your device's Camera and Photo Library. We collect and store photos solely for:
- Setting and updating your professional Profile Picture.
- Uploading Vendor Portfolio images and videos to showcase services.
2. USE OF DATA
Data is used exclusively to facilitate your event planning workflow, manage vendor payouts, and ensure team transparency. We never sell your data to third-party advertisers.
3. SECURITY
All data is encrypted and stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL) enterprise-grade infrastructure. External access is strictly controlled via row-level security (RLS).
Data Deletion & Removal
We respect your right to be forgotten. We provide two ways to permanently remove your data:
1. In-App Deletion
Navigate to Profile > Edit Profile > Delete Account. This will instantly purge your specific user data from our databases.

In accordance with Global App Store Guidelines, you may also request account and data deletion via our public portal if you cannot access the app:

1. ACCEPTANCE
By using UTSAV, you agree to these legal terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms as the platform evolves to meet Apple and Google safety standards.
2. SERVICE LIMITS
UTSAV provides tools for coordination but is not responsible for the direct fulfillment of event contracts between planners and vendors.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
⚖️ Standard Apple Terms
You acknowledge that this EULA is between you and UTSAV only, and not with Apple, Inc. or Google, LLC. UTSAV is solely responsible for the app and its content.
1. NO TOLERANCE POLICY
Per Apple Guideline 1.2, UTSAV maintains a **zero-tolerance policy** for objectionable content. Any user found utilizing the chat or platform for harassment, hate speech, or offensive media will be permanently banned with no prior warning. Our moderators reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy.
2. MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
